You Have Your Voice is an experimental show balancing on the verge performance, avant-garde vocal and new dance. It is a manifesto inspired by Patti Smith’s speech, where she encouraged citizens to voice their opinions in an important matter. Body as a tool, soundbox, vessel filled with organs, bones and water assumes different shapes, with the aim of producing a proper sound, constructing a speech. In time, voice becomes separated from the body and begins to live as an independent progressive sound. This is a solo work written out into body, voice and space: a laboratory processing the quality of what we see and hear.
