The dancer and the musician begin their work from a frontal position. The musician, on the contrary, never watches the accompanying dancers. A meditatively calm figure, the musician acts as a counterpoint to the consistently and ceaselessly composed and decomposed motion. "The body filters itself through noise". Dance is a continuous flow of impulses, images, associations, and momentary snapshots of forms. Above all, noish~commotion in moderation is an experience of intensity which Zimpel and Eubanks share with their audience.
